Description

Metila Dylgjeri has been a trained Accountant and Auditor since 2004. She has worked and has personal experience in providing accounting and auditing services for more than 20 years, working in positions as a Financier, Accountant and Auditor in both the private and public sectors. From 2004-2012 she worked as a Financier and Accountant in the private sector and from 2012 to date she has held senior management positions in important central institutions of the state public administration, such as the Social Security Institute, the Mandatory Health Insurance Fund, the State Health Inspectorate, the Albanian Public Radio and Television and the National Opera and Ballet Theatre in Albania.

In the daily practice of her profession as an accountant, Ms. Metila Dylgjeri stands out for the trust and confidence she inspires in our clients, the attention she pays to details and her effort to fulfill the tasks and identify the most important needs of clients and to protect their rights.

Ms. Dylgjeri is a Financier, Accountant and Auditor with experience as a specialist and department head in commercial, corporate, governance and regulatory affairs. She leads an established and growing practice – with added value from a global network – to offer a full range of services to companies, corporations, financial institutions and high net worth individuals. She works in several different industries, including insurance, finance, luxury assets, energy and technology.

She completed her studies at the Faculty of Economics of the University of Tirana. In 2024 she was awarded a certificate in “Human Resource Management” and “Sustainable Development” from the International Business Management Institute, Berlin, Germany.

In 2024 she was awarded a certificate in “Finance Management” (Mini-MBA) from the European Institute of Leadership and Management, Dublin, Ireland.

In 2024 she completed the course on “Economic and Financial Audit” at ISSAT – Institute of Strategic Studies and Training, Tirana.
