Arbitration Courts and Arbitrators THE NEW ARBITRATION LAW PAVES THE WAY FOR THE CREATION OF ARBITRATION COURTS AND ARBITRATORS IN ALBANIA

The law that was presented two days ago by the Ministry of Justice and the Minister of Justice Mr. Ulsi Manja determines the rules for the organization and development of domestic and international arbitration procedures when the place of arbitration is in the Republic of Albania.
This law gives the possibility for business to resolve disputes between the state and the private sector or through each other in the autonomy of the will of the parties, it is a quick solution, it eliminates formalities. As disputes will be resolved outside the courts.
The head of our firm, The Honorable Kastriot Frashëri, was also invited to this meeting, who stated that the law needs intervention as it lacks the basic infrastructure to guarantee it and make it effective, for which the lawyer stated that he would contribute to improvement of the law.
