Description
Brikena Braçellari is a licensed lawyer with in-depth academic training and direct experience in the Albanian judicial system. She completed her advocacy internship at the National Chamber of Advocacy and worked as a judicial secretary at the Court of First Instance of General Jurisdiction in Tirana.
During this period, she gained a solid understanding of civil procedure and the practical administration of court cases, closely assisting judges in finalizing decisions, as well as reviewing voluminous files with accuracy and professional integrity. Her role combines legal rigor, careful analysis, and the ability to manage sensitive documentation with correctness and full confidentiality.
Her previous experience includes preparing procedural acts, analyzing civil cases, institutional communication with parties, and direct contribution to daily judicial practices. She is known for her ability to articulate clear legal arguments, build accurate documentary structures, and professionally assess complex issues.
In 2021, she completed her Bachelor's studies in Law, followed by a Scientific Master's in “Civil Law” at the Faculty of Law, University of Tirana, graduating in 2023 with excellent results. In 2024, she obtained the title of Lawyer from the National Chamber of Advocacy.

She is a co-author of the academic research project “Non-Contractual Damage,” developed within the framework of the Faculty of Law at the University of Tirana. Her expertise includes:
