CULTURE EATS CODE: BUILDING AN AI-FIRST COMPANY THAT DELIVERS, ORGANIZARD BY SËISS ALBANIAN CHAMBER OF COMMERCE

At the invitation of the Swiss-Albanian Chamber of Commerce, Ms. Esmeralda Loka, Auditor at Frashëri Law Firm – SFAI Albania participated in the CEE-Swiss Impulse Session, an online webinar dedicated to one of the most important topics of today: Building an AI-first company that truly delivers results.
The topic of this conference was: Culture Eats Code – Building an AI-First Company that Delivers Results, while the speaker was: Dr. Balz Zürrer, Founder and CEO, Online Group.
In this session, Dr. Balz Zürrer, shared with the attendees how a 30-year-old Swiss IT company successfully reinvented itself into a modern AI-first player, thereby driving innovation, customer growth and cultural transformation across borders.
Active participation and productive discussions made this event an important step towards knowledge exchange and collaboration between CEE-SWISS IMPULSE SESSIONS and the attendees.
“CEE-Swiss Impulse SESSIONS” are a monthly webinar series on exciting, current and relevant topics related to Switzerland and Central and Eastern Europe (CEE). They are delivered by prominent speakers from different ethnicities. The series aims to inspire, inform and connect a diverse audience across all industries and functions and thus advance the multifaceted relationships between Switzerland and all CEE countries. Initiated in 2021 by the Swiss-Central European Chamber of Commerce (SEC) in Zurich, this is a joint project of all chambers of commerce in the CEE region and the SEC.
This meeting was attended by guests from Germany, Bulgaria, Poland, Albania, Lithuania, Romania, the Czech Republic, North Macedonia and Kosovo.
