It is a well-known fact that the honorable lawyer Kastriot Frashëri is a professional and successful lawyer who has massively won almost all the cases he has represented.
The losing side of the trial through its lawyer in the Appeal (in fact it is abusive that was communicated to us yesterday) to the Court of Appeal of the Tirana General Jurisdiction against the above decision of the Tirana District Court in its reasoning and absurd claim states: “Through to this decision, the court decided in favor of the plaintiff, accepting to the greatest extent all the requests made by it.
In this decision, the court tried to refer to the procedural and material law at most. and little or no consideration was given to the cause, which was the reason for taking such a measure as the removal of the plaintiff from the position of administrator of the company “—– Group” shpk.
The defendant and the plaintiff are related to each other, they are sisters-in-law to each other as the plaintiff is married to the defendant’s brother. For this reason of this close family relationship, they were aware of all their activities during and after work. The lawsuit has been present in all activities carried out by the company “—– Distributzione” inside and outside the country. In many cases, the annual holidays were spent together between the family members of the plaintiff and the defendant…”.
Can a case be won by raising such absurd claims at trial? Of course NOT!
