Lawyer

Fatjona Lika has been a lawyer since 2021. She initially worked at the Ministry of Justice. She developed her professional skills as a specialist in the Directorate of Codification and Harmonization of Legislation with the EU, touching on various areas of administrative, civil and criminal law.

As a specialist in the Administrative Law sector at the Ministry of Justice of Albania, she has gained practical knowledge in the field of public law by drafting legal drafts, formulating amendments to legal acts, reporting on the respect of human rights, the approximation of Albanian legislation with the European Union, within the framework of the country's accession process to the European Union.

Also, Ms. Fatjona Lika has been working for three years as a legal, public procurement and human resources manager at a company. As a lawyer and advocate, she has been engaged in drafting contracts, regulations, codes, public procurement procedures, procurement procedures, drafting lawsuits, complaints for public institutions, has provided consultancy and specialized opinions on public procurement issues, interpretation of legal and sub-legal acts, monitoring applications and licensing of companies, etc.

In 2019, she completed her Bachelor's degree in Law at the Faculty of Law of the University of Tirana. In July 2021, she graduated with a "Master of Science" in Public Law at the Faculty of Law, University of Tirana.

In 2024, she earned the title of Lawyer from the National Bar Association of Albania.

She is an expert in drafting legal and sub-legal acts, drafting contracts, regulations, codes, lawsuits, complaints, public procurement procedures. She is a legal consultant in several areas of law.

She has participated in various conferences and trainings organized by the European Commission in Tirana regarding the implementation of human rights, the challenges of approximating Albanian legislation with that of the European Union.
