Today begins the celebration of the 100th anniversary of the establishment of the International Court of Arbitration of the International Chamber of Comerce. On this occasion, the “FRASHËRI LAW FIRM” will participate in the launch of the one-year program of the 100th anniversary celebrations of the ICC International Court of Arbitration. The Honorable Kastriot Frashëri, well-known Public Law lawyer, well-known for his domestic and international commitments in the field of law, public interest, peace and sustainable development at the invitation of the ICC International Court of Arbitration, will participate in this important event where the launch of the one-year program of celebrations on the occasion of the 100th anniversary of the establishment of the International Court of Arbitration ICC.

In honor of this occasion, the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) today announced an important Declaration on Dispute Prevention and Resolution, setting out its vision and guiding principles to shape the future of dispute resolution.
ICC Secretary General John W. H. Denton AO, ICC Court President Claudia Salomon, ICC Court Secretary General Alexander G. Fessas and ICC Managing Attorney Mr. Ziva Filipic, were the dignitaries of this important international institution who addressed their messages to the guests.
This event also marks the launch of a year-long program of centenary-themed celebrations, events and initiatives on thought leadership, education and training by the ICC International Court of Arbitration.
