You will work within a high-performance team in the center of Tirana, as part of the exclusive SFAI Global network.

Legal Basis

Pursuant to Law No. 55/2018 “On the Legal Profession in the Republic of Albania”, the law firm announces vacant positions for the role of “Lawyer.”

Terms & Criteria

• Graduates under the old system (“Lawyer”) or the new system (“Master of Science”).
• Valid lawyer’s license registered with the National Chamber of Advocacy.
• 3+ years of judicial or administrative practice (2+ years for high-performing foreign graduates).
• No criminal conviction or active disciplinary measures; no conflict of interest.
• Knowledge of English, French, German, or Italian.

Main Responsibilities

• Representation and defense of clients before all Albanian Courts, Arbitration bodies, or the ECHR.
• Preparation of legal acts related to the representation and protection of clients’ interests.
• Coordination with internal experts/departments and third-party institutions.
• Implementation of instructions issued by the legal representative/firm manager.
• Reporting to management on matters that may affect the interests of clients or the firm.
• Reference salary based on agreement; opportunity for a path toward partnership.
