The Right Honorable Kastriot Frashëri has been a trained lawyer and litigator since 2004. He has successfully defended his clients before the Court of Tirana, all Courts of Appeal and the Supreme Court of Albania, and other government commissions. The Right Honorable Kastriot Frashëri is a lawyer with experience in commercial, corporate, governance and regulatory matters. As founder and CEO, he leads an established and growing practice – with added value from a global network – to provide a full range of services to companies, corporations, financial institutions and high net worth individuals. He works in several different industries, including insurance, finance, luxury assets, energy and technology.
He completed his studies at the Faculty of Law of the University of Tirana. He attended English Language and Culture at the Derby Multicultural Center, Derby, United Kingdom. In 2023, he was awarded a certificate in “Business Law” from the London School of Business Administration. Also, the esteemed lawyer Kastriot Frashëri has been authorized by the Royal Court of Justice – Queen's Bench Division to serve outside the jurisdiction of the Court Order (SOL – Service Outsider of Jurisdiction) in Albania.

He is a prominent activist of civil society and for the protection of human rights, as well as for the consolidation of democratic principles of the development of society and institutions in the country. Mr. Frashëri has been engaged since the early days of efforts to overthrow the communist dictatorship, contributing to the foundations of political pluralism in Albania in 1990.
He is a participant in many national and international forums, activities and conferences. At the head of the Institute of National Affairs and other forums, both at home and abroad, he has always defended the public interest and national interests.
Mr. Frashëri has been a candidate for Ombudsman (2011) and (2017), as well as a candidate for Governor of the Bank of Albania (2015) and Chairman of the Central Election Commission (2012), manifesting an admirable performance of a person with vision and outstanding leadership skills, also proven by the media.
The Honorable Kastriot Frashëri has often been one of the main actors in peaceful public movements in defense of democratic principles, the rule of law, public spaces, the environment, national security, for the resignation and dismissal of the Governor after scandals and thefts at the Bank of Albania, etc.
