National Justice Day MAY 10 – NATIONAL JUSTICE DAY

Today, on the National Day of Justice, Frashëri Law Firm, taking advantage of the opportunity to reveal its latest achievements, which makes us proud as the decision that the Nomination Panel of “Global Law Experts” in London has selected The Honourable Lawyer Kastriot Frashëri two days ago and “Frashëri Law Firm” in Albania as a global lawyer, giving them the position of exclusive representation of Corporate Affairs and Commercial Litigation in Albania.
We hope that this professional achievement will serve the community and business in the future to provide the necessary legal assistance, as well as provide the public, through it, with the necessary legal assistance.
Today, the legal profession in Albania is in its Black days, said the head of our office, The Honorable Lawyer Kastriot Frashëri, even the lawyers are facing many challenges in their activity today as a result of the bankruptcy of the courts from the Law Reform, which by performing an abusive vetting, he removed most of the judges and prosecutors from the system, turning the justice institutions into graveyards.
Unfortunately, there does not seem to be any effort from the country’s leadership on the horizon to stop this national disaster, which in the first place affects Albanians’ access to justice.
