The Frashëri Law Firm joins the decision of the Steering Committee of the Chamber of Advocates of Albania and decided to boycott all judicial processes, with the exception of security measures, planned for trial, at all levels of courts including and the processes planned in the Supreme Court from June 14 to June 17, 2022, stated today, the honorable Kastriot Frasheri, the head of our office.
Mr. Frashëri further emphasized that this decision can escalate worse if the bodies that administer justice do not react to canceling the decision to the new judicial map as a provisional measure to the catastrophic situation that justice finds itself in today after the departures through double standards of judges and prosecutors from vetting, which seriously harms the interests of the general public.
