Description:
Xhensila Bajrami born in 2000 in Tirana, completed her Integrated Master’s Degree in Legal Science in 2024 at the Faculty of Law, University of Tirana, specializing as a jurist. During her studies she participated in various training sessions and scientific conferences of attendance.
At the beginning of 2019, she participated in the organization of justice, a non-profit organization, which aimed to engage students in the drafting of various legal documents and acts.
In 2020, she joined ELSA (European Law Students' Association Albania) where she was awarded a certificate of participation in every session organized.
She also participated in various activities organized for the professional training of students.
Professional activities and work performed:
In 2024, she was employed in the human resources sector of “Lindi-AL” L.t.d, as an administrative assistant, where she was responsible for:
- Managing the company's staff
- Coordinating the recruitment process
- Maintaining employee files and company archives
- Managing correspondence
- Following vehicle documentation deadlines (insurance, taxes, and roadworthiness).
